1. Connect the platform and let the sync finish.
  2. Open Global Device Management.
  3. Choose Add Device, then Discovered Devices.
  4. Select the inverter, battery, charger, switch, or air conditioner and give it a name.

Sungrow devices show up in that list after the iSolarCloud authorisation sync. If a device is missing, the platform connection is the place to check first, not the automation policy.
